TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOABLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

15. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOABLY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• INDIRECT DAMAGES
• CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
• LOST PROFITS
• LOST BUSINESS
• LOSS OF DATA
• BUSINESS INTERRUPTION
• REPUTATIONAL HARM

DOABLY’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NEVER EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Doably and its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, successors, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from:

17. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

• Permanent storage
• Continuous uptime
• Perpetual access

9. Fraud Prevention & Enforcement

Orders may be delayed, restricted, canceled, suspended, or investigated if suspicious activity is detected, including but not limited to:
